Fraudulent Orders -- International

Good day everyone,

 

One of our customers has been experiencing a number of fraudulent orders placed from OUTSIDE the U.S. that are making their way through to authorize.net. How can we prevent orders of this nature from generating?

 

I was thinking to look within osCommerce for this, but also thought about blocking all network traffic on the webserver for IPs outside of the U.S. In doing so, though, I think we'd miss out on some expatriates that would be working overseas.
