Cant get through the install process

i bought my own domain meenukumar.com and i have an osc template from template monster. I uploaded all the files to meenukumar.com/shop . when i access meenukumar.com/shop it brings me to an install prompt i follow it to the form that asks for the database server, user name, password, and database name, pretty much it is step 1 . I know i enter all the correct terms because an orange box pops up on the left and it SAYS " The database structure is now being imported. Please be patient during this procedure. " . The problem is i waited patiently for 2 hours but still nothing. The wait cant be longer than 2 hours right?

 

I am using a free version of hosting from x10hosting.com- i asked them if osc would work on their hosting plans and they said yes

 

idk what else i have done wrong. i am thinking it is the host but they offer osc through fantastico problem is i need to use the template

 

PLEASE HELP IT IS VERY URGENT
