Correct address to direct payments to Pay Pal website

Once-upon-a-time I had paypal working ... starting playing around with hoping to adjust it for Australia. That didn't work and now the paypal link has errors.

 

My problem seems to be with the address I have linking my website to pay pal.

 

Can someone please tell me what the correct web address is that I should have in my coding.
