Downloading Customer Details

HI Folks,

we are attaching a call centre and live chat feature to our site. We wish to call our existing client list for follow ups etc. To do this I need to down load in excel format (or something similar) our client list, their contact details and whether they have ordered anything

or not.

 

However I cannot see anyway of dong this and I am not keen trying to do an SP - unless someone has the SP that would do this for MYSQL. Is there an add-on/contribution that I can install that allows this?
