credit card not work

Hello

 

I need help!

 

my osCommerce store was working great. The credit card module worked as intended and I got all the information in the sales invoices.

 

My hosting provider recently upgraded their security on their servers and moved us to those more secured servers. They said they added su_php. A few days of downtime later, everything works like before except the credit card module. The sales go through but in the database nothing credit card related shows up. No card type, name , number or exp date. Therefore, it also doesn't show up on the invoices and we're forced to call up the customers asking for their info...

 

I don't even know where to start! I have a Verisign certificate on the store, but the verisign people said they're not involved with any actual data and can not help. The host said the problem is probably due to the security updates but they do not support 3rd party software so they can not help either.

 

Anyone have any ideas?

 

The host is running a linux server with php 5.2.6

I would get a new host. A real host would not move a client to a new server and not assist them when something that was working previously fails on the new server.

 

Check your apache error log to see what kind of errors, if any, are being reported.

the same thing just happened to me too!

 

only credit information isn't being sent.

 

any idea why?
