shopping cart error after logoff

any one can help me

my customer told me that they add some products in the shopping cart, then they don't complete the order, they logoff or just close the browser and just keeping the items in the cart,

the shopping cart having error when they come be to my site, some items in the cart is disappear, and the sub-total is not correct... for example, there are 3 item (item A, item B, item C) in the shopping cart when log out, then customer close the browser, and come back and log in then go to shopping cart there is only 1 or 2 items even no item in the cart, but the sub total is not correct, even they are not the total of item A+B+C)

I have installed 2checkout_1_2_3_4 at www.carromex.com.au

 

I recently realised that you click on the default (AUD) price to buy a product, but the actual figure thats coming into check out is USD. So the customer is paying less. He paid the USD account into my direct deposit through the website and the Bank took it in as a AUD figure.

 

How do I rectify this ?

 

The check out figure should be in the currency you buy in.

Are the items that are disappearing out of stock? This may be a sessions issue, we are having a sessions problem right now too. Sorry I can not be more help.
