Customers Cannot view there account history!

Hi there,

 

This is my first post on this forum. I would greatly appreciate it if somebody could help me. This is the only problem standing in the way of finishing this project.

 

When the customers purchase something an email which includes the following line of text is sent to them as you already know:

 

Detailed Invoice: http://noelcassidy.ie/shop/account_history...php?order_id=10

 

When the customer clicks on the link in the email there brought to account history.php where it says that they have not yet made any purchases! Why is this, does anybody know?

You can see from the screenshot that the account history on the right (circled in red) has two items in it and the main page says that they've purchased nothing. But another thing is the customer only purchased one item and removed the other from the shopping cart before payment, but yet there is still the two items coming up in the side account history. Can anybody help with this?

 

On the admin side I can view the customers account history, so why is not showing on the front end?

 

I'm hoping that it's just something small that I've done wrong somewhere along the line.

I'm having the same exact problem. I'm about to lose my mind looking for a solution. I see this post is a few days old but any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've sorted this problem. Are you using Paypal as a payment gateway?

 

Well if you are go into the admin and go to modules/payment. Click on the paypal module youve installed ( web payments standard) and change status to processing.

 

This done it for me.

Hi, I'm new here and we have been having this same problem since we opened our new boutique. I did like you said and changed the status to Processing but the orders when using PayPal still aren't showing up in the client's account history at all. How would I fix this?
