Paypal Problem

I followed OS' instructions on how to set up PayPal and yet I am having a problem with payments going through. My customers are receiving the following message:

 

"Return to Merchant

Unable to process payment. Please contact the merchant as the shipping address provided by the merchant is invalid, and the merchant has requested that your order must be shipped to that address."

 

My shipping address is correct and I do not understand why PayPal thinks I want the customer's products shipped to my address.
