Slightly different to 1064 sql problem

Hi all

I have seen the fix for a 1064 error but I am getting this

10You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '"ZX206_a.jpg")' at line 1

 

Any ideas what may cause this.
