Safe URL's not working

Hi,

 

When i turn on safe URL's i got the following message:

 

Error!

 

Unable to determine the page link!

 

How do i fix this issue?

Turn experimental urls off. (They are well known for not working)

No because I would have to look in contributions for it just like you'll have to.

Ok not a problem, i have managed to find it.

 

I have installed it exactly how it says but when i try the website and click a category it does not load the page and says:

 

The page cannot be found

 

So i think i have put the information incorrect in the htaccess file.

 

The website is in a folder called oscommerce so the url is http://website.com/oscommerce/

 

So in the htaccess file in the oscommerce folder i have put:
