Not getting the middle card numbers

Hi,

 

For some reason Im not getting the email containing the middle 8 credit card numbers when someone places an order.

 

I was getting them no problem then one day they just stopped. Im having to ring the customer asking them for the rest of their number. Very unproffesional.

 

Does anyone have any ideas?

Have you tried changing the email address it is going to?

 

Depending on the module you are using, you can set an alternative email address for the middle digits.
