shipping error

Hi,

 

Ive installed the AusPost shipping contribution recently and havent had any trouble with it at all. However, at the moment it's giving me the error...

 

ERROR: We apologise, but there appears to be a fault at present.

If you would like to use this option as your shipping method, please contact us.

 

...when the customer reaches the shipping option in checkout.

 

Can someone tell me where the fault is please?

You would be best to post in the support thread for the contribution, as people are more likely to know more about it.

 

I don't currently use it on any of my client's sites, so am not too familiar with it.

If it was working, there may have been a glitch at their end. It was working when I tested it. Otherwise, something may have been changed at your site or the webhost may have updated something.
