Downloads + Posted Items

Hi,

 

Most of the shop items I have are downloaded zip files except one which is a CD-Rom I need to post out.

 

Using standard Paypal checkout.

 

If the order downloads only no problem. If they order Cd-Rom to ship again no problem. However, if they order downloads plus the CD-Rom the payment goes through paypal ok but the customer data etc isn't updated and they don't get an e.mail.

 

Is there anything I can do to prevent this?
