fail-over database sync

A client of mine is going to be using the fail-over Managed DNS. This is my first experience with that. So, I need to know the best way to sync the databases from the primary server to the backup server after a fail-over has occured and the backup database has been used.

 

I am not great with mysql, so if someone could help me figure out what the best method is I would greatly appreciate it.

best bet would be to talk to your host. mysql does support failover, but setting that up is a tedious process, as there are many, many methods of doing failover. you'd have to discuss it with them as far as whether or not they would even support it and then how to implement what you need from failover.
