How to take customer payments over the phone and process customer order?

I would like to allow customers to call me and take their order over the phone and manually place the order for them - how can I do this?

Install a contribution like order editor or similar. plus create an account in admin

 

Payment wise you will need to sort this out yourself, merchant service, paypal pro terminal etc...

If you take phone orders from a customer who does not have an account with you would you not want to create one for them?
