I have a little problem..

Users buy stock but I can't view what they want:

 

Pending: 9 Products

 

But when I click on Pending..

 

Can anyone help me? Please..

Using PHPMyAdmin, access the orders table of your database and verify that the orders_status field is set to the appropriate value (typically 1 for pending).

orders (structure) > Orders Status > Default - 1

 

I change it but I still can't view the orders in administration menu.. ;(

I know you are trying to get help with your website. and I apologize for asking you this.

but which version of oSc are you using? Your Admin Area looks very different from mine.

I'm using 2.2 RC2a.

It is pre RC release. Problem may be people using paypal and not coming back to the site.

if shmekera is using Paypal to process orders, would it correct the problem if the return link points back to

checkout_success.php? I seriously believe that if a return link is not set up on pay pal, customers will not

be able to return to your shop to check their purchase nor download ("if item is digital") they will have to manually

go back to your site and more than likely: raise hell because they are not able to complete checkout and or view

their order..

 

it's just a thought.

That is why there are ipn versions.

Yes.. I was testing yesterday and I clicked on 4 products.. and in the database (order table) everything was all right.. but I can't view the orders in admin panel :( like on the screenshot..

 

Now I has deleted all accounts and orders and tried again.. not working.

No, I don't want to use paypal.. I want just the clients to buy products then I view what they want, to call them for confirmation and to send the stock via courier (its only for my country).
