1054 Error in Shopping Cart

I am getting the following error when adding a product to my shopping cart from product_info.php I believe the error is in the shoppingcart.php but am not really sure how to fix it. I am using the sql4 and have updated the queries in index.php and categories.php but that hasn't worked. Let me know what else I can do! HELP!

This means you either have an outdated shopping cart template or an outdated version of osc. The most resent verson of osc is php 5 compatable.
