(other than this, everything works great) Inside some of the products we have links to other products that are multi-packs. (like 10-pack of the DVD, or 100-Pack of Cards) When you click on those links to display that product, with something in your shopping cart, the shopping cart shows as empty with 0 items. If you add that product, it clears your shopping cart of everything except for that newly added product. It SEEMS to be occurring with one category of products and not others (Quantity Packs), but I think that is because those are the products we mostly link to from within the other "main" products. (I have it not display the full Quantity Packs category, but have turned it back on for testing -- it's just a simple redirect) UNLESS you choose one of the Quantity Packs products from that Catalog/Category page, then they work fine. ( http://www.ae911truth.net/store/index.php?cPath=28 ) It only happens when you paste the URL in the address bar when you are in the product_info.php page, or if you click on an product link from that page. It works if you are on the index.php page. Apparently it has something to do with the product_info.php and linking to other products from that page.
