annabelt Posted August 20, 2008 Share Posted August 20, 2008 I have upgraded my site and installed a new template and now when I click on Add to Cart I get the product info page but nothing is added to the shopping cart. In the meantime I have tried everything I could think of so far to fix the shopping cart (including re-uploading the program files) but I have not yet found the cause of the problem. However, I have discovered that the Buy Now and Add to Cart buttons work consistently for some items (eg Alien flashing panels) but not others (eg Battery organic CH skirt). So I think it may be a problem related to the data itself (or the way it is handled) rather than the programming code.
