Can't see Credit Card option with Paypal Express Checkout

Anyone can see it or explain why is that?

It is advertised as an option for express payments including credit and debit card payment.

As far as I can see after leaving only express checkout instead of standard as payment module the link for credit card payments disappeared and there is only option for paypal costumers left (customer has to have and login to paypal).

Sorry but where should I look for this option. I can't find it in paypal account under: Profile -> Payment Receiving Preferences ?

 

When ordering I am ticking the option: "PayPal Express (including Credit Cards and Debit Cards)" so if including cards why I am getting only paypal login fields? However it is exactly like in paypal demo for Express checkout but I suppose it is only for the case when people click 'Checkout with Paypal' icon.

with Paypal WPP You have an option of collecting CC directly.

 

Also in payment preference setting there should be an option.

 

Call Paypal guy and they will guide if they say setting is right then post will look in further.

Hi i have used paypal express with my shopping cart and thought that you could allow users to pay via credit/debit card without having a paypal account. However this is not the case as customers must have a paypal account to use express. I contacted paypal direct and they told me you have to install paypal pro to be able to use this. I commented that it was not clear when I installed the express version as it said this was an option but they just confirmed it wasn't!

If you have managed to be able to do this, I would be obliged for the information as I am just about to subscribe to the paypal pro (it is free until Jan 09). to be able t offer customers the option of paying without a paypal account.

paypal webpayment standard allows this, it's in small writing on the left of the page, but it allows you to pay with just a credit card if you don't have an account.

It's Solved. Add type to 'sole' into your SetExpressCheckout.
