Recommended Posts

I have the following displayed when I click my cache control in admin;

Warning: dir() [function.dir]: SAFE MODE Restriction in effect. The script whose uid/gid is 96454/1315255 is not allowed to access /tmp/ owned by uid/gid 0/0 in /data/members/paid/d/i/diamantnoir.co.uk/htdocs/booking/admin/cache.php on line 89

Warning: dir(/tmp/) [function.dir]: failed to open dir: No such file or directory in /data/members/paid/d/i/diamantnoir.co.uk/htdocs/booking/admin/cache.php on line 89

Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /data/members/paid/d/i/diamantnoir.co.uk/htdocs/booking/admin/cache.php on line 91

CAN ANYONE HELP?

Some of my customers are having problems with placing orders, could the above also be the reason?

Create a folder and name it store_cache or whatever name you want and place it at the root of your site via ftp or your cpanel

Go to Tools>>File Manager ---Click the store_cache folder and under heading File Manager is a path to your cache folder.

Copy and paste it or write it down on a piece of paper.

Proceed to configuration>>cache-->cache directory --> enter the path of the cache folder you created

In tools-cache control, it should read something like this: Cache Directory: /home/something/something/blah/public_html/store_cache/

It worked, thank you so much... How ever I still have a problem not seeing my customers orders. Can you help?

Worked great, thanks for your help.

(Just need to get the emails working now) :blink:

Thanks again,

Tristan
