barraboy Posted August 17, 2008 Share Posted August 17, 2008 Hi all - I'm having a real problem with Export EP. I've trawled all forums and read the manual and still no good. Basically I had a couple of products on my database before i used EP to upload 100 more. Excellent job - all uploaded fine. I now want to Export EP - complete database - to speed up the update of my product prices etc and it only downloads the data from before the EP upload?!?!?!?! I've tried back-up, diferent download options and nothing seems to work. Really appreciate your help on this one. Thanks for taking the time to read and hopefully your help!
