Who's Online? Customer shopping cart is wacko!

Hi,

 

Is this something I should be worried about?

When I look at the Who's Online report in admin, and look at the customer's shopping cart, just lately it's been coming up with heaps and heaps of products, which can't be right. They never come through to checkout.

Is this familiar to anybody? Is it something I should be concerned about, or just a harmless glitch?

Probably a search engine indexing your site. Make sure you have your site set so that they don't index pages with sids in the urls and also make sure your spiders.txt is up to date which can be downloaded from the contributions section.

Thanks for your help Webhost, I was hoping it was something like that!

Regarding sids, is it just a matter of having ‘Prevent Spider Sessions’ set to true, and ‘Force Cookie Usage’ set to false?

Is there more I can do?
