Well, I added attributes to my products, but I want to change the order in which they appear on my website's product page. On my product page, I have the image, description and the price, then below there are the attributes drop down menus. but I don't like the order in which they are. Wondering if I can shuffle them?
Guest Posted August 13, 2008 Posted August 13, 2008 I had the same issue when I was testing out my t-shirt products on my website I'm making. I had it just the way I wanted it by entering what I wanted on top first and then so on down the line. Then I add a new product and they get all shifted! Looks like crap when u got things all out of order. It looks like it goes by attribute ID number so when those get messed up I'm guessing that's what screws it all up. Erasing all your attributes and starting over doesn't work either cuz it just keeps counting upward and doesn't start back at #1... Messy page = unprofessional = no sales... I thought I saw a contribution regarding this problem in the contributions section. Might wanna take a look through there. I know I will be soon when I get back to adding more products.
Guest Posted August 13, 2008 Posted August 13, 2008 I believe the Attribute Manager is the contribution you want. Just do a search in the contributions. I use it and it's great.
