getitdone99 Posted August 13, 2008 Posted August 13, 2008 Hello forum helpers! We recently installed the UPS XML so OSC can talk to UPS for shipping rates. In our admin panel we have chosen "Ground" and "3 Day Air". When you go to check out under the "Shipping Method" area it shows the correct rates for the two methods of shipping, but the 3 Day Air is labeled "UPS Ground" instead of "3 Day Air". Can someone direct us where to change it so it displays the correct label/text for 3 Day Air? Here is a cut-n-paste of the checkout shipping section on the live site: United Parcel Service (1 pkg x 7 lbs total) United Parcel Service UPS Ground, 2008-08-15 $15.28 UPS Ground, 2008-08-15 $21.61 <<--- This needs to say 3 Day Air! Any help would be most appreciated!!!
