TNT, DHL, UPS shipping modules and their usage

How does those OSC 2.2 build in UPS, DHL

and

 

TNT shipping method

how it works for upon shipping method and their

real usage. The OSC

auto calculate the weight and given the price total,isn't it?

however, if i wish to change the shipping price of

each UPS, DHL, TNT, Hong KOng post, china post.

Any methodology and contribution might able to

do this alternation. Also, does those build in

UPS, DHL postal shipping charges is difference than

the updated UPS, DHL postal shipping charges rate.

Once the DHL or UPS or TNT adjust their pricing.

OSC shipping modules is useless,right!

Any remedy or solution to fix this problem as well.
