Shipping Table Rate PROBLEM.

I know this seems long but really its quiet simple

 

BUT what I cannot get right is the last one 30000:370.65

 

0.0:30.00,450:40.00,600:50.00,650:60.00,1000:70.00,1200:128,1400:128.00,1600:128

.00,5000:650.00,6000:700.00,7000:750.00,8000:800.00,30000:370.65

 

I want a client to be able to purchase 30000 balls and only pay 370.65 but the code seems to default to 700 ?

any ideas ?

please chek db I think the entries got concatenated and only 0.0:30.00,450:40.00,600:50.00,650:60.00,1000:70.00,1200:128,1400:128.00,1600:128

.00,5000:650.00,6000:700.00 got inserted n data base.
