Manual Credit Card Processing

Is it possible to set up OSC to collect credit card info from customers but not do any processing? I need to do manual processing at this point.

I believe that's all the default credit card module does, capture the info. Not wise for security reasons.

If you collect credit card details online and run them through an EPOS terminal you will be in violation of your agreement with the credit/debit card companies.

 

If they find out what you are doing the best case scenario is that they come to your shop and walk away with your EPOS terminal and put you on a blacklist. The worst case scenario is that they do all that and you get prosecuted and fined very heavily.

 

It's simply not worth it, and you would be playing fast and loose with the people who trust you with their card details.
