Within Customers -> Orders Some of the orders do not contain customer details, mostly only the Billing address has any details. Does anyone know a fix to this or can you point me in the right direction. Many thanks!
markg-uk Posted August 12, 2008 Posted August 12, 2008 Look at the orders table in phpmyadmin or similar to see if the data is physically there, that should give you a starting point. Is it only certain orders? Random or all orders from a certain date? Do you get the information in the emails?
