Multiple ship-to locations?

My customer sells chocolate and would like the cart to be broken up into parts. Each part is who you are buying chocolate for.

 

For example a cart might look like:

 

For Chris:

2 bars dark chocolate

 

For Carl:

2 bars dark chocolate

 

In the end this will be one order. But Chris and Carl are at separate addresses and so the cart's split needs to also be reflected in multiple ship-to locations.

 

Any ideas how to do this? Thank you.
