is OSC certified with TSYS?

I am looking into getting a new merchant account and have found a company called Terminal Velocity found at : http://www.terminalvelocityprocessing.com/ that has all of the services I want.

 

However, they need to know if OSC is certified with TSYS. Does anyone know what that is, or what it takes to do that?

 

If not, I'd love to know who you are using (if you're in the United State) for merchant services that works with OSC
