JTinFla Posted August 11, 2008 Posted August 11, 2008 All of the sudden yesterday, none of my products have prices associated with them when the customer clicks GET INVOICE which is then sent to us to add shipping and product our best discount price. Can someone help me please???? I inherited management of this site for my father (my uncle who recently passed created the OSCommerce site and i have little in the form of documentation from him.) Any help anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Nic Nic yes you need to create an account you can use mine ****removed**** ****removed**** is the temp pwd you have to "get invoice" then it will send us a message, what happens is when i go into the order db, i can access the pending invoices, to add shipping and provide the best discount price. at this point we should be able to change the price if need be and add shipping, none of these changes are being accepted by the update_record.php file
