Duplicate products when filtering via manufacture etc..

Hope your all enjoying the summer.

 

We are currently using the "copy to" tool to add products to multiple categories. The problem with doing this is when the customer views our products by filtering by manufactures or by viewing all the same product shows up multiple times.

 

Is there an easy way to prevent this?
