grahamart Posted August 11, 2008 Posted August 11, 2008 Recently we have a lot of orders on our site where people place orders and the product attributes are missing. For instance I made a product attribute that adds additional shipping to an item for oversized shipping or some items have pull down options to select colors, sizes or places for you to key in your own options. Well after testing I noticed if you sign in and place an order the items get added correctly with the extra chosen options. However if you close your browser and then go to log back in, although the store remembers what you added to the cart it drops all the extra info. Anyone experience this or know how to make it so it doesnt lose the extra options select when you close a browser? I know many people add products to cart and then go back later and actually place the order. Any help greatly appreciated.
