Gary-London Posted August 11, 2008 Posted August 11, 2008 I am in a right pickle at the moment. I run a body jewellery store and got my first buy today, and found a few floors in my system.... First off, I have (for example) three tongue bars which have the same title, how can I tell the difference? Is there a way to make the item title in the admin invoice section click-able to load the product? :huh: Also, I have just been looking and even thought I have set the order as delivered it appears that the item remains in stock on the shop front. For example I have one in stock, this customer has purchased it, one still remains in stock. :blink: Please could someone help me out as I am loosing myself! Cheeeeers! FIMBLE Posted August 11, 2008 Posted August 11, 2008 HI Gary The same product names you could differentiate by giving each a different Model number There is a setting in the Admin for removing stoce after a purchase but cannot remember where it is! I managed to work out what has been brought using the 'a customer who brought this also brought...' box, and am going through the process of giving all items model numbers.
