EP upload doesnt create new categories

Hello Folks,

Im uploading my Easy Populate data to my website and it is not creating the categories that the products go into. additionally, the pictures arent showing up. Im using inventorysource.com to grab my file. it says all images go in an isimages folder underneath the images folder. they are their but nothing is showing up.

Can somebody please guide me in the right direction to creating the categories and having pics show?

import results look like this. isnt the iages problem that the path is to short? where do I fix that?

secondly, when I removed the secondary category the primary category was created. Is this normal? do i have to remove all secondary categories to get EP to create the primary categories?

I've been looking for the answer to this question for about 2 days. I just signed up too. I am aware that this is a 2 year old post but can someone plese answer this or point me to where this topic was discussed??? I'm not trying to add extra topics on here that was talked about so can some one PLEASE point me to the correct direction? Thanks.

Easy Populate has a support thread in the General Contribution Support forum. Not everyone here uses EP by the way. I have never even looked at it so don't expect everyone being able to answer questions on that topic please.

Do you use a data uploading program that works with oscommerce besides Easy Populate (EP)? could you direct me to one? PLEASE?
