NewBudda Posted August 10, 2008 Posted August 10, 2008 I am using the Table shipping method and have never gotten it to work correctly. it seems to work at some times and then again it doesnt. Very frustration. Does this happen to anybody else? My table is as follows: 2000:4.99,5000:7.99,10000:11.99,20000:23.98, 100000:31.97 Now, when a customer order something that is 15kg (15000.00) it gets charges as something that is 20KG. Wat am I doing wrong??? Open Source Newsletter: PhPList Open Source Questionnaire: Lime Survey

Wat am I doing wrong??? Why use grams as the weight when kgs would be better? Did you check tare weight in admin shipping packaging? The tables give weights up to eg up to 10000, it is 11.99.

I am not sure I understand your last sentence, could you clarify? Open Source Newsletter: PhPList Open Source Questionnaire: Lime Survey

In other words if you have 10:11.99, 20:15.99 ...etc It will charge $11.99 for weights UP TO 10kg , $15.99 for weights UP TO 20kg etc. Totally opposite to the price break module. I am just guessing but could that be it?
