Error message

Hi guys. I am getting this user message at the top of my screen in a red highlighted box.

 

Warning: I am able to write to the configuration file: /home/hhhbzknq/public_html/Shop/includes/configure.php. This is a potential security risk - please set the right user permissions on this file.

 

How do i fix this and where?

I know, i already googled it and its still not fixed. I unticked the box for write so they are now all read only. But owner permission automatically ticks itself back to write. Any ideas guys?

Try doing it using an ftp client such as filezilla.

 

If that does not work change the permissions using your ISP's control panel. Their help desk should be able to help you do this.

You will have to do this form your web site control panel.

If you are using a windows server then you have no choice!

Just changed the permissions in my server control panel and it worked. If i need to write to my configure.php do i need to change it back again?
