halpo Posted August 9, 2008 Posted August 9, 2008 On strictly a download product line, all seems to be working great with the exception of the Order Status not being changed when a file is downloaded successfully. I can manually change the status to "Delivered" and the system sends an email to the customer informing him of the fact the order status has changed to Delivered, but if I am not the customer, I have no way of knowing that, that I can tell. Am I missing something that should have been set?
