SQL ERROR 1064

Getting pretty desparate here, I have trawled through the forumbut cannot find a link. If someone has a link or even better a fix for the below, please help. the below is everytime I click on the 'who's online' in tools in the OSCommerce admin. I also get the same error - less frequently, but with more disasterous result on the website, it takes the whole site down and just displays the message instead of the homepage.

 

Help is appreciated as it is crippling the build up of my site and people coming back and using it again after seeing it has crashed.

1064 - You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '1218201734' at line 1

 

delete from whos_online where time_last_click < ''1218201734

Have been in, in the past and deleted the line as instructed, but it will appear again after a number of weeks!
