botched tax settings

I seem to have messed up my settings for taxes in osCommerce 2.2 milestone 2.

 

now there are two lines that show taxes in the checkout and one line shows this:

Texas sales tax + Texas sales tax + state tax + Texas sales tax: $0.63

 

a line under shows this:

TX tax 6.25%: $0.14

 

I went and deleted the tax profile as it was set up and restarted my machine and set up another user account as another user and I got the same result.

 

I think this happened because I was having trouble having the tax show up in the first place and then when I was resetting it up it looked like it wasn't showing but finally I got it to show up.

 

anyway, can some tell me what to do now?
