There is NO php.ini file, I've done a search, even downloaded the whole package again and unzipped into one folder and ran a second search. What is this? Im moving my site from an old server to a new one, osCommerce works great on the old one but I cant get it working on the new one. Any ideas?

So I just added a php.ini file with the line register_globals = on put it in the root and nothing happens still, I get the same error saying I have to enable it.
