adfod Posted August 7, 2008 Posted August 7, 2008 Some of my customers have reported that when they go to checkout they are receiving an "your first name must contain a minimum of 2 characters" error. Even though they have completed all the information correctly. I have FEC installed but I don't think that has anything to do with it. I've looked on the forum for similar problems but cannot find any.
