ReesWEB Posted August 6, 2008 Posted August 6, 2008 I am looking for a way of getting round this arragment, the customer I have is using BusinessPost as there courier. Any item over a certain weight they want a request a quote form, they will then deal with the order over the phone but it will still proceed to the confirmation page, so it is still inserting into the database as an order. if the products are not overweight, but they are outside a certain zone. IE(counties) they still need to go through the previous point with the quote form. If the products are not overweight and they fall into a certain county (lots of counties they could fall into) then postage cost will be a fixed fee. Im sure it will be simple to someone out there, but im struggling with the different cases that can happen. Any ideas many thanks
