Image sizes in Catalogue Set Up

Hi... I've been finally getting some products on my website and adding images to my Categories and Subcategories. But when I choose the jpg file through the "Browse" button, the image comes in HUGE... I have to scroll around the darn thing each time I add a new product. The image when I import it is only about an inch wide, but it fills my whole darn screen. Any ideas how to get it smaller?

 

It's not the images of my produts, but the clip art used to identify the Category. Heeeellllppppp!

looks fine over here...or am i looking at the wrong thing?? u talking about the image thats to the right of your manufacturers drop down box?? ... if so then the size is fine..
