shponglebloke Posted August 5, 2008 Posted August 5, 2008 we are running a mp3 download store and i have searched but can find any info on this problem on these forums. WARNING: amount doesn\'t match with order on some of our orders we are getting the above error message in the Comments Field when our payment partner is posting back to update the order status. the correct payment amount has been received but the order is not being updated to 'delivered' because of this error message. meaning we have to keep a constant look out for them and update manually. seems to be happening across all currencies. i would say at a rate of 1 in 20 orders. any info or ideas on how to fix this much appreciated many thanks ! sb
