Can't delete attribue values or options and attributes don't get recorded on products?

In my admin panel, I try to delete some values option or values and it won't delete.

 

Also I add attribute but they don't get recorded in the product?

 

I changed servers and re-installed my oscommerce, could that be the problem?

Did you update both configure.php files to reflect the server move?
