north cali Posted August 4, 2008 Posted August 4, 2008 I'm looking for shopping cart software to start my online store (moving it off fee-bay!) and this site seems to have a lot of potential....my only question is--does osCommerce do all the web hosting and all that, or do I have to already have a hosting service to use this with? I know, dumb dumb dumb, but I've never done this before...there's so many site that have these "all-in-one" e-commerce solutions that have everything included with the subscription fee (which equals less thinking for me!) Thanks for your insight... Becki
sLaV- Posted August 4, 2008 Posted August 4, 2008 osCommerce is just the shopping cart system ... you need your own domain name and hosting to upload it to ... so no it does not come with hosting ... any further questions dont hesitate to ask :)
