I have checked that the usps_.php, and modules.php 28 looks correct but still getting the same error "Please Help"

 

I have also been getting a "by" after the product discriptions in the index.php, example "Bow wow Dog Speakers" (by)?

YOU have renamed a file in modules shipping.

But the extension is left to.php YOu need to chaneg the extension as well.
