Most people who contact us are requesting a catalog. Unfortunatly most of the people who request a catalog do not give us their mailing address or any other information that we have to have. I need to add other fields such as: business name, type of business, Contact name, mailing address.... How can I do this? Any suggestions would be great! Thanks
